Michelle has just recently joined the Revive team. She has been professionally coaching since 2016 but her passion for health and fitness truly began at the age of 15. While attending high school she stumbled upon a women’s strength training class. It was in this class where she truly fell in love with lifting and everything related to exercise.
Michelle attended Towson University, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and has her Precision Nutrition L1 Certification. After receiving her degree she began coaching in Baltimore, where she learned more about the importance of tailoring programs to fit individual needs from both a training and nutritional standpoint. She enjoys helping clients come to terms with what exactly their goals or needs are and identifying and overcoming any limiting factors that could prevent them from succeeding. Over the past 3.5 years she has coached a wide variety of training types including team training, small group, and 1-on-1 personal training. She has helped her clients reach their specific goals by offering a variety of programs. These include strength training, functional movement training, weight loss and management, mobility, and nutritional coaching. Her clients have ranged from 20-83 years of age many of which had a wide variety of orthopedic, pulmonary, cardiovascular, digestive, and neurological conditions to overcome.
She loves lifting weights, running, and practicing yoga. She hopes to help other’s gain the same love and passion she has found for health and fitness. She enjoys helping her clients overcome hurdles throughout their fitness journeys and pushing them to believe in themselves even when it seems impossible
