Lower Body Strength
Revive’s strength training day will leave everything burning from your calves to your bum! This class works on muscular strength and endurance and is programmed to help you lose body fat and/or gain lean tissue. During these classes, they focus on your major muscle groups and utilize a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, barbells, dumbbells, and TRX’S. These classes are both fun and challenging. Safety is a top priority as you will be closely supervised by one of our esteemed coaches for proper form. Every class is adaptable to your needs and fitness level and will vary between upper, lower, and full body days!
